Synopsis

The chapter reveals Laurent, previously a member of the ruling Hellaime family, is now blind and fighting against them. The Hellaime family is oppressing the citizens through the use of addictive "Grace" pills and a system of forced ranks. Laurent intentionally blinded himself to symbolize the suffering of his people. He is now with a rebel group, where he is protected by a mysterious martial artist but is met with suspicion by some rebels who think he will betray them; some of them have found his hideout location. A revolutionary leader, thought to be dead, is revealed to be alive.
