Synopsis

The protagonist learns about the 'Chain' swordsmanship style, perfectly suited to his multiple abilities, and how it was seemingly left for him. Simultaneously, his companions face off against strong foes, using their skills to buy him time. The chapter ends with the protagonist channeling divine power into his own body, preparing to unleash an attack. It also includes the antagonists talking amongst themselves, some of whom are concerned about the protagonist's ability to combine different styles of fighting, as well as his power.
