Synopsis

The chapter begins with a character reflecting on their changed destiny thanks to Young Master Vinchen. The main group, including cadets and a priest, arrives at a coastal city called Maeltume to investigate, encountering a difficult and dismissive priest along the way. Despite claims of frequent pirate attacks, a character observes that they are not real, and no ships are visible, causing suspicion. The chapter ends with the group planning to go to the Sunburnt Derelicts' Camps, and the character who reflected on destiny is now mostly healed.
