Synopsis

The chapter opens with the aftermath of a battle, where Vinchen is criticized for his emotional loss. He then declares his desire for a master to learn the Adenca swordsmanship after realizing his own deficiencies. Suddenly, Vinchen seems to experience a flashback or vision involving the Archdemon Daven, which shows his presence in another location being attacked. The chapter ends with Vinchen's determination to fulfill the will of the Adenças despite the elders' potential objections.
