Synopsis

The chapter reveals that the tournament is a setup, orchestrated by the Magic Tower Master, Hellios. A powerful barrier seals the stadium, preventing participants from escaping. It is revealed that the intention is to make it seem as if the three participants killed each other in the arena when in reality this has been manipulated by powerful magic. Furthermore, the participants realize they have been betrayed and are trapped with no way of using their magic to leave as the magic tower master is using mana to restore the barrier.
