Synopsis

The Murim Alliance leader, Namgoong Woon, succumbs to illness, refusing to become a Jiangshi and asking to be killed. His request is met with reluctance and a harsh final challenge by his former rival, who forces him to acknowledge the end of the Orthodox Murim before killing him. The Demonic Cult leader, triggered by this death and the loss of his rival, unleashes a powerful burst of energy, seeking a final fight. Meanwhile, research on the virus progresses but a cure remains unattainable in the short term.
