Synopsis

The chapter depicts a confrontation between the protagonist and the Demon King, whose power is now severely diminished. The protagonist, using the Tower's power, modifies his 'Hundred Souls Summon' skill to allow summoned souls to retain their memories, intending to make the Demon King experience the pain and betrayal he inflicted on others. The protagonist plans to use the summoned victims to exact karmic revenge, raising questions about the nature of NPCs and whether they count as those the protagonist has killed. The Tower, in response, initiates a rare meeting of the Six Pillars of Life.
