Synopsis

The chapter begins with the protagonist reflecting on his powerful, yet somewhat twisted, skills granted by the Tower, including one that allows him to summon the people he killed as monsters. He then strategically manipulates events to draw the attention of the Sword Saint by appearing at specific times and he provides information on upcoming floors. He uses this to orchestrate an encounter between a local chemist and the Paladin, using his own seeming good intentions to further his goals, whilst also creating tension and potential future issues.
