Synopsis

The chapter begins with the protagonist contemplating the nature of beauty and life through observations of an old man and a mysterious alleyway. He then reveals he was recently killed by someone not as skilled as his previous adversary, the Sword Emperor. He explains how his repeated deaths taught him to run, but decides to eradicate his current killer by creating a copy of himself and announcing his immortality and vow for revenge. The chapter ends with a school announcement asking people to leave the campus, leaving the future uncertain.
