Synopsis

The chapter opens with a flashback to a drunken incident involving Geon Woo, which leads to a conversation about past drinking mistakes. Mr. Night contacts Geon Woo to report the strange disappearance of all elves from China after a fire, but Geon Woo is mainly relieved no one was hurt, causing Mr. Night to suspect his intentions. This causes Mr. Night to discontinue the elf investigation to avoid jeopardizing Geon Woo. The chapter ends with Geon Woo and his friends enjoying a cooking competition broadcast, while others discuss a new mystery: a school arson incident, with a potential superhuman involvement and a related investigation by Ye Jun and Ye Ran.
