Synopsis

The chapter opens with the Shadow Monarch appearing on the Eastern Front, prompting debate among his enemies about his strategy. Meanwhile, the world is being ravaged by monsters, showcasing humanity's desperation. The Shadow Monarch confronts the Monarch of Steel Body, revealing that his army has been hiding in his shadow and utilizing human tactics, much to the surprise of the opposing forces, hinting that he is evolving beyond the known strategies of the Shadow Army. This leads to the conclusion that he does not fit the mold of a typical Monarch.
