Synopsis

The chapter begins with the protagonist using his skill 'Ruler's Touch' in a fight and taunting his opponent after defeating them. The next day, the protagonist attends an international guild conference, where he is the center of media attention due to a recent fight. The Hunter Bureau is investigating the incident and the protagonist is only interested in getting his questions answered so he can leave America.
