Synopsis

The chapter opens with court officials discussing Regent Dimira's visit to the ZND Prince and how it could benefit him. It transitions to the Emperor's manipulative use of Rosalyn, believing he has her under his control. This is followed by Rosalyn showing compassion by saving and showing a baby bird to the Regent and Potentate. The Potentate appreciates this gesture as it provides a unique experience, and both he and the Regent share their positive thoughts on her kindness, with the Regent also acknowledging her lack of etiquette.
