Synopsis

The chapter opens with the protagonist successfully infiltrating Saint Meka, the central city of the Quo Vadis Clan, after a period of submersion. He observes the city's strict religious practices and intends to spread the Red Death plague through the well. He leaves a child, Pomerian, in the care of Secretary General Chihuhla, a former associate, and instructs them to find Sindwendy. Finally, the protagonist makes it clear that he needs to obtain holy water to treat the Red Death, indicating his plans are more complex.
