Synopsis

This chapter focuses on the aftermath of Joshua's victory, revealing that his use of mana has caused a stir. Duke Agnus, now viewing Joshua as a valuable asset, decides to take him to the capital, seemingly for greater control. Joshua, displaying intellect and confidence, anticipates the Duke's intentions and makes a request related to this trip. He requests to be allowed to train with a spear instead of a sword. A trial is set, testing Joshua's abilities, with the fate of his request on the line.
