Synopsis

The chapter opens with Icarus and his forces overcoming the castle defenses and entering the castle, achieving a significant step in their campaign. However, their victory is short lived, as the Hubaltian Empire, led by Emperor Karlsburg, launches a powerful counterattack with a massive army and siege weaponry. A powerful superhuman Paladin, Christian, is introduced on the Hubaltian side, breaking through defenses and posing a huge threat, while Icarus's allies, including Icarus himself, begin strategizing against the oncoming onslaught. The chapter culminates in the preparation for a major conflict.
