Synopsis

The chapter opens with a chaotic battle as Joshua's demon allies showcase immense power. Joshua is confronted about his alliance with demons, and how he achieved such strength, while he faces a superior demon who is mocking the defending force. The chapter also contains a flashback that shows how Joshua entered a deal with a powerful demonic being. As the demon forces wreak havoc, the defending forces are routed, and Duke Altsma, a powerful knight, is defeated by a member of the demonic alliance. The chapter ends with the main force realizing the scale of what they are fighting and realizing they are being overwhelmed.
