Synopsis

After a chaotic descent, the characters find themselves in Washington D.C., facing the reappearance of the powerful Crimson Eye. Despite the arrival of allies eager to fight, the Celestial Lord emphasizes evacuating citizens over direct confrontation and reveals that he wasn't the one who defeated the Crimson Eye last time, it was Lee Geon, who he needs to fight. He then decides to summon a Divine God, despite the massive resource cost, to ensure they can protect the city and redeem himself.
