Synopsis

The chapter opens with a character waiting for his companion to infiltrate a building, while also preparing plant-based defenses. Meanwhile, Zephyr is shown making a mess and cooking dragon meat in his room, utilizing a unique venom-based preparation method. Other characters confront him, accusing him of betrayal and threatening him before they present him with a choice - to open one of two sealed letters sent by gods, each containing potentially desired information. The chapter ends with Zephyr being faced with this critical choice.
