Synopsis

The chapter begins with a report on heavy losses from a recent battle, followed by the sudden appearance of a portal from which a character calling himself Black Flame emerges. He claims to be a powerful forger seeking a partnership with the Ouroboros guild. After showing off, it's quickly discovered that he can't forge to save his life, however he possesses many advanced designs, leading to potential intrigue and further negotiations.
