Synopsis

The chapter begins with the protagonist lamenting their cursed new room, then noticing a group transporting goods. A confrontation ensues between the knights and a man claiming to be Lord Alberen, whom they disbelieve and quickly attack. The protagonist realizes the knights are from Hapashe and are collecting a debt owed by the previous lord, as the locals begin discussing what they’ve witnessed. It concludes with him in the midst of the fight.
