Synopsis

The story then shifts to the present, where Josh leaves his former employer to join Kane in building a stone golem, facing criticism from his former boss. During their journey, they encounter a sorceress named Lady Diellen, who also serves as a sister in a temple dedicated to the Goddess of Death, creating conflict as Josh is a believer in the Goddess of Life. The chapter concludes with Kane and the current Lord sharing a drink and discussing the stress related to managing the estate's problems.
