Synopsis

The chapter opens with the protagonist encountering Junghyeok, a regressor from a novel he was a fan of. Junghyeok is suspicious of the protagonist because he survived an apocalyptic event that, in the novel, only two other characters were supposed to survive. The protagonist tries to play it cool, revealing his knowledge of the novel and Junghyeok’s character while trying to figure out how he altered the events, causing his survival.
