Synopsis

Nadia deals with assassins targeting her while protecting the empress and king, then the group attends a play that puts a positive spin on crows to increase the empress's popularity. The play is based on the empress's and king's story, and the main characters get secondhand embarrassment. Additionally, it seems that Marquis Charmalt and Lady Gwynel are developing a romantic interest, despite everyone else's matchmaking plans going awry. The chapter ends with them heading to lunch, as a new argument breaks out.
