Synopsis

The chapter opens with the Murim Alliance Leader, who had previously advocated for the alliance, making a sudden proposal to nullify it, citing a realization of his error in collaborating with evil. He uses his authority to enact this decision, shocking many members, including a few that initially supported the alliance. Meanwhile, it's revealed through a secret communication that Cheon Yeo-Un (Demonic Cult Leader) intends to use the nullification and the pretense of conflict to draw out their real enemies (Supreme Saber Sect) and manipulate the Emperor to his advantage. A spy, disguised as a key member of the alliance, confirms that the plan is going smoothly with the Blue Heaven Society.
