Synopsis

The chapter begins with the protagonist surrounded by dangerous water spirits, which are unusually determined due to the nature of the location. He suddenly removes a forbidden seal from his spine, an incredibly risky act, and absorbs the power it contained. This dramatically increases his power, making him a threat to other nearby vengeful spirits and allowing him to progress through a dangerous situation, all while others acknowledge how dangerous this technique is. The protagonist reveals he had a plan all along and is willing to risk his life to seize this power.
