Synopsis

The chapter opens with a character seemingly powerless, but he reveals the secret manual is stored in his mind. A second character then uses an energy-absorbing power, leaving the first character weakened. This leads to a confrontation where the second character threatens the first to hand over the secret manual to compensate for a previous kill. The chapter ends with the first character reluctantly agreeing to give up the manual.
