Synopsis

The chapter opens with a sense of resignation and the aftermath of a significant event where the group has seemingly been scattered. Some members, like the Dragon Lord, discuss the possibility of bringing down the empire. Two characters are later found together and are tasked by Garrote to find and recruit a chef, who reveals himself to be a former hero after a brief confrontation. This confrontation suggests the emergence of a new power or ally in the fight against the empire.
