Synopsis

The chapter starts with a group attempting to manipulate Mr. Devourer into a trap, revealing his true identity as the Demon King while also planning to sacrifice him for a grander scheme of the Great Empire's revival. A communication tool is used to contact Patrick, who reveals he's been preparing for monster recruitment and provides info on a hidden monster army. This army was compiled before Renee and Mr. Devourer even started their recruitment, hinting at a longer plot. The chapter ends with Mr. Devourer being designated as the ultimate homunculus, and facing an impending attack from Argeria.
