Synopsis

Ian is officially appointed as a Viscount, prompting mixed reactions from neighboring nobles. Count Merelof and his daughter send a congratulatory letter along with a strange gift called a "dripper." Ian, recognizing the dripper as a piece of potentially valuable future technology related to automation, is intrigued and unsure of the Countesses intentions, leading him to want to meet her to understand her motivations.
