Synopsis

The chapter opens with a family returning to their remote village, only to find themselves confronting a powerful and dangerous 'Rave Psychic Mentalist' who seems to be hunting them. The father reveals he was also an unsuccessful Psychic Mentalist and is injured and can only buy them time, urging his family to seek help from the authorities. A traveler who got lost wandering the mountains stumbles upon the village, and is revealed to also be a psychic mentalist. The chapter concludes with the villain revealing his presence and intent to crush the village.
