Synopsis

The chapter introduces Professor Nortom, who is not a spirit mage as some students hoped, but a rather eccentric and intense teacher. He immediately has students start practicing by condensing water magic and then throws iron balls at them to improve focus and control, drawing comparisons to a previous conflict. The chapter also hints at the upcoming alchemy class which will involve students from other towers and Professor Ingudel.
