Synopsis

The chapter focuses on a mage in a precarious situation, initially struggling against an unseen swordsman whose power is described as being at a higher level than his own. The mage uses a glittering dust to materialize a 'bloop' to help in destroying something. Despite concealing his scent and hiding among the injured, the swordsman is able to pinpoint his location using sound and reveals that he has been tracking him using multiple senses. The mage realizes he is in immense danger and finds that he is having extreme difficulty fighting an enemy that he can't see.
