Synopsis

The black market implements a strict new rule forbidding the sale of stolen goods, shifting to a system rewarding hard work. Meanwhile, a student named Leehan shows exceptional talent in magic, progressing so rapidly that his teacher must limit him, fearing his talent is becoming a detriment. Finally, a transaction involving reagents stolen from Uregulm’s research lab is rejected by the black market's new standards, setting up conflict with the market.
