Synopsis

The protagonist discovers a building is undergoing dungeonization, a process that transforms normal areas into monster-infested zones. He initially considers escaping but realizes he can use his knowledge as a top ranker to clear the dungeon. He deduces the boss will be in the basement and that defeating it is the only way to stop the dungeonization and save the people trapped inside. The chapter ends with the protagonist preparing to face the dungeon boss.
