Synopsis

A mysterious figure, revealed to be searching for a city, is described as someone possessing immense strength but incapable of learning Gong-Bu. The chapter culminates with the revelation that this figure may be connected to the legend of the 'Evil Dragon,' further complicating the mystery surrounding his abilities.
