Synopsis

The chapter opens by establishing the legend of a seemingly ordinary old man, "Pietro", who was rumored to be the strongest fighter. The focus then shifts to Soongu-ssi, who demonstrates his incredible speed and power by killing 100 people in 13 minutes. Trapped and surrounded, Soongu-ssi engages in a battle of wits, employing a seemingly harmless water attack to make his opponents question his power. Finally, Soongu reveals his true intention, stating his attacks will focus on the carotid artery, proving his power.
