Synopsis

The chapter begins with a character surviving a fall, amidst the chaos of a dragon's appearance. It's revealed that the gate through which the dragon arrived has not closed, and more monstrous beings are emerging. While local soldiers are assigned to deal with smaller minions, the main characters are directed to focus on the dragon while trying to conserve their energy for the bigger battle. A large weapon with considerable recoil is displayed, showcasing the advanced technology available.
