Synopsis

The chapter focuses on Kuro's internal conflict and his refusal to train after an incident involving his powers. Lee Han is called in by the Chief of Staff of ARK, Alexander Recor. There's also mention of S-rank competitions restarting and a character named Simon becoming very strong. The chapter ends with Lee Han's summons implying he will be involved in whatever's happening with Kuro.
