Synopsis

The chapter establishes a past conflict where humanity, aided by sacrificing psykers, achieved victory in a war. However, a clairvoyant prophecy foretells another war. As a result, humans established an institute called ARK to gather and train children with psychic abilities. This preparation is explicitly linked to an impending conflict against a figure or entity referred to as "Dragon", indicating the ultimate goal of this gathering and training.
