Synopsis

They then briefly engage with former allies before embarking on a new quest, receiving a backstory about a war between celestial beings and demons and the creation of the Arch. Despite being told the quest is more complex, the protagonist rushes off leading to a confrontation with a powerful demon. The chapter ends with the demon taunting the heroes with a telepathic message, establishing the stakes of the new arc.
