Synopsis

The chapter opens with a dangerous wolf-like monster attacking, putting Shirone in immediate peril and urging her to flee. Armin reveals he's discovered a fundamental principle, a 'wism' from a universe with broken symmetry, that allows him to manipulate mass. He plans to use this knowledge to add mass to light, in order to fight the monster, while instructing Shirone to escape and warn the adults. Armin is ready to try a similar method of boosting his power as before, but this time focusing on photon output rather than his own strength.
