Synopsis

The chapter revolves around the Zero Corps Commander's recovery after a fight with a hero where he seemingly absorbed the hero's self-destruction, though he is visibly weakened by it and the resulting 'after-effect.' Despite being perceived as incredibly powerful and essential to the Demon King's forces, he's actually plagued by a naturally weak body, hidden beneath his battle prowess, and desires to live a peaceful life. His attempt to resign causes distress among his demonic allies and the Demon King who cannot understand his motives and fear losing their most powerful and loyal asset.
