Synopsis

An arrogant, seemingly immortal character mocks his opponents, claiming their swords are useless against him. He then absorbs power from a sacrificed follower, significantly increasing his strength. Meanwhile, another character, drained of divine power, is desperate to defeat the immortal foe and receives a sudden surge of energy, enabling him to use his ultimate technique again. The chapter ends with the latter character preparing for a strategic attack.
