Synopsis

The chapter sees the young leader of the Myung Cult conversing with Jaegal Tong, whom he recognizes from his past. Jaegal is revealed to be the leader of the Lowlife Gate, a group with extensive information networks. The young leader's true goal is revealed: not just to lead the cult, but to reshape it from within.
