Synopsis

The chapter opens with the young leader reflecting on a prior betrayal and deciding to punish his enemies harshly by giving them hope and then crushing them. He arrives at a brothel and demonstrates his power by brutally assaulting those who spoke badly of him. It is revealed the young leader is using an older man's family to control him, forcing him to choose between his family or evidence of a hidden plot.
