Synopsis

Haryung is summoned by the village chief, who reveals her as a pawn, intended for the young leader's bed. Her father, Ul Taesik, a former leader, is being drugged and kept silent. The cult's dark nature is further revealed as they manipulate and exploit the villagers, working them to meet quotas for the young leader's desires and ultimately sacrificing the young to maintain the religion. The chapter ends with Haryung and her father being forcibly taken towards the Young leader.
