Synopsis

The chapter begins with a confrontation where the protagonist is questioned about their father, implying a shared past. A powerful foe uses abilities and magic they seemingly shouldn't possess, forcing the protagonist to fight back. As the fight escalates, the protagonist obtains a mythic item and then a system update occurs, labeling them an enemy of the High Aesir and granting them a passive skill. They then seem to find themselves in the past, questioning the situation and pondering their motivations in this new timeline.
