Synopsis

The chapter opens with Hwaran being offered a way to temporarily neutralize her Jiangxi nature, forcing a decision on her path. A significant portion of the chapter then delves into her past, revealing she was initially called 'Ran', forced to act as a replacement daughter, and eventually exploited by powerful figures who turned her into a weapon named the 'Heavenly Yaksha'. Despite this traumatic history, Hwaran concludes by asserting she will save the people in front of her, embracing her monstrous nature but also a desire to do good.
