Synopsis

A sea serpent's rampage leads to a failed subjugation attempt, and the wounded beast inadvertently causes the birth of a Typhoon Bat. This event creates a massive typhoon threatening the city and an academy's festival. A student, facing bankruptcy due to the typhoon, rallies the academy to form a subjugation squad, ultimately driven more by financial desperation than pure altruism, though he gains a reputation for chivalry in the process.
